East Dulwich’s educational array is nothing short of impressive with a number of Ofsted rated “outstanding schools” in both primary and secondary education and three of the UK’s most prestigious private schools including the eminent Dulwich College.

Of particular note are the single-sex Harris Academies, both “outstanding” and with Oxbridge entrance successes well above the national average. Their review at the hands of the schools inspectorate can only be described as glowing, as such it’s little surprise that education is one of the driving factors in families and young couples relocating to the area.

Add to this the plethora of locally based music, drama and dance groups, in particular the East Dulwich Academy, and one has what is known as a recipe for success.
